Return/Replacement Policy

The return policy for the store is that customers have 7 days to return an item if they are not satisfied. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold, and the customer must have a receipt.
The product has to be in its original & unused state
The request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
We only accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
Note:- we can’t return the single purchase products.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by our team.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
